At SanidhyaGupta.com, we are committed to delivering high-quality artwork and providing a smooth shopping experience. Each piece is created and packed with care. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

Due to the delicate and custom nature of our art products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging

Please note:
Returns are not accepted for:

  • Original artworks and commissioned/customized pieces (unless damaged)
  • Digital downloads

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • In case of damaged items, please provide clear photographs for our records.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange, email us at support@sanidhyagupta.com with your order number and photos of the product.


4. Digital Products

All sales of digital downloads are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for these items once the download is complete.


5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

6. Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Double-check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider
  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@sanidhyagupta.com
